Being that I tend to run late because I move slow I am always looking for something quick to make the kids in the morning for school other then the norm. I recently had the chance to try the Pillsbury Honey Butter Biscuits courtesy of Pillsbury though My Blog Spark. Let me just say I am a absolute honey and butter feen. I make my own honey butter mixture when I have the chance and time, so imagine my joy when I realized I can have a biscuit already flavored with it. They came out moist and were done in less then ten minutes.
My kids absolutely loved them and usually my son isn't to much a of a biscuit eater (he's in the picky eater phase of childhood). Whenever I find something he enjoys I always ask why he liked it , so that I can find similar items for him to eat. In this case he said it was sweet and buttery which means that I will be buying these again.

My husband and I are carb lovers from pasta to bread at every meal. But I wake about every morning around 4:30 to make my husband breakfast and coffee beffore work. Him being a natural honey fan, no matter the biscuit type...this sounds like a quick and perfect breakfast!
ReplyDeleteOne of my daughters favorite breakfast food is a warm bowl of cream of wheat made with milk,sugar and cinnamon with some fresh blueberries put in after it cooks, a slice of toast with butter and a cup of orange juice. She loves cream of wheat...but calls it CREAMO. LOL
ReplyDeleteOne if my Fav. breakfast to make is sausage and butter melt biscuits....What I do is take the sausage and cook it till its almost done...then open up the biscuits and rap them around the sausage...cook till golden brown and sausage is fully cooked...Its quick and easy and really good.. try it one day
ReplyDeleteWe don't have any kids YET, but my favorite is a plain ol' bagel and cream cheese. My husband likes to go all out with eggs, bacon, sausage, and LOVES biscuits. I'd love to try these!

ReplyDeleteOur favorite breakfast is a ham omelet with bacon and biscuts. Something we could make together than eat in bed. I always complained about the crumbs but now that he's deployed, I can honestly say I miss them.
